Should schools "profile" all students to identify those who may become violent?
Yes: No:

Quick reference medical handouts used by Pediatric offices

I am the father of a twelve years old boy who is going through puberty. I have noticed that he is starting to develop breasts. The reason I'm sure about this is because I also developed breasts around the same age ,but my parents ignored it even though I was extremely embarrassed. I would like to spar my son this hard-ship if possible. Could you let me know if there is any kind of treatment that I could discuss with his pediatrician.

Up to 70% of normal adolescent boys develop breast tissue during puberty. Typically, it can start as early as 12 or not be seen until 15. The breast tissue development in boys corresponds with the height of their growth spurt, when their voices are beginning to deepen, hair is appearing on their pubic, face, and underarm areas, and their genitals are growing. It can last for up to three years after it begins.

The breast tissue is usually the size of a silver-dollar and can be tender to touch. As you mentioned in your question, male breast tissue can be very embarrassing for a teenager. The only treatment is reassurance since no medication is available to reduce the breast tissue size. Share with your son that you had a similar problem and now you are perfectly normal.
